  • Peppers – You can use any form of pepper depending on the spice level you are aiming to attain.

  • Vinegar – Preferably white vinegar
  • Brine – Add water and sea or canning salt as sugar is not present in this recipe. Table salt will not bring out the pickling flavor to the peppers.
